Stay was ok nothing special
Basic stuff
Only the receptionist spoke English
Breakfast was also nothing special but there r great restaurants just a street away Crepes and pancakes

Had a great time when I was here. The staff was wonderful! especially Mileydis, the waitress in their restaurant, and Jonathan in the reception area. Instead than eating outside, I would suggest going to the GIO restaurant. The meal is much fresher, cheaper and better. Go to the hotel's beach if you haven't reserved one. Excellent security, privacy, and quietness. The DJ was a smash, and the food and beverages were both excellent. Jesus, the tour leader, deserves a shoutout. He made a fantastic host. This hotel won't let you down. Try it out.

The staff pretended to be nice. We were charged an additional fee for my husband who joined me after my 2nd night there. They reason being because of the breakfast included. We could have spent just $2 and got a pretty good breakfast elsewhere. The charges were equal to another hotel night stay. Ridiculous! The. Shower leaked water all the into the bedroom and the bathroom had a putrid odor as well.

This was the most “ok” hotel I’ve stayed in. Not bad, but nothing special. Good location and price, but the rest was just a solid ok.

Very clean, staff was friendly small hotel but very comfortable and has close beach access. Only problem was that the Hot tubs were not heating properly.
