Very bad experience. Air conditioner was not working properly in many rooms, shower water is so uneven and slow. Wifi speed is very slow. Breakfast is crowd and not good. Incident 1: housekeeper forgot to close doo.r Incident 2: electricity went off suddenly from 11pm to 2am, no light, no lift, no air-conditioning+window can't open in room. This affect not only rest but guest safety. Complained to hotel. Hotel is explicitly unwilling to offer any compensation. This change my impression of the brand Holiday Inn.

Basic breakfast and Mr. Armando refused to give us beach towels. All the other guests on the beach were from hotels. Location 10/10!

The location is excellent, in the heart of Bocagrande, with plenty of dining options nearby; there's a very good El Corral restaurant downstairs. My room had a partial sea view. The only drawback might be that the hotel's maintenance wasn't great and needs improvement.

Everything was great except for one small incident in the restaurant when a guest ate topless. But the hotel is fantastic, and I highly recommend it. Breakfast is very good. The location is good, and the staff is very friendly.

Hello, I had to change rooms because there was an odor and a humidity problem. The hotel didn't have the option of opening the windows. This was extremely difficult for me as it triggered an allergy.
