The hotel staff and breakfast were excellent at all times. Our room had an issue with the bathroom faucet which was temporarily fixed. Close to the beach and the rooftop pool has all day sun and was quiet during our stay. Would recommend for a night or two if visiting the nearby old town or islands.

The hotel was in a great location for the beach or to head to the main city center by taxi.
The breakfast was standard fare, but it was nice.
The room was clean and standard. I thibk the price and location were a great value.
The hotel staff was very polite and I would stay here again.

Well the food was terrible. My husband was sick to his stomach for 2 days. They took care of the cost though. Breakfast was ok. Room was very small especially for travellers with big luggage. We also had no tv for a day and a half out of the two days we were there. Not in Cartagena for tv but it’s nice at night before bed and in the morning. But that never happened. Staff was not that pleasant. We were at the pool bar for a few hours one night. No service hardly at all. The staff was more interested in watching the soccer game than paying customers and being in the restaurant hotel business my whole life that is not acceptable Will never stay again. Location is great though.

Positive: Staff was great and friendly, and hotel location and rooftop terrace was nice. Breakfast was good. They have a Starbucks on the first floor and there’s a convenient little shop across the street to buy snacks and drinks.
Negative: we had 6 rooms reserved for 3 nights and the AC didn’t work at all in one of the rooms, and two other rooms had no AC for 2 nights. Temperature in Cartagena is above 90F so it was very frustrating to wake up sweating in the middle of the night. The manager reached out for details and I’m still waiting for a response. Showers aren’t great but good enough for a quick shower.
Expect a very nice 3 star hotel. Good luck!

The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. I got sick and Wendy helped my sister get everything that I needed. The breakfast had great fruit options.
