The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

The staff was excellent, great customer services and personal very polite in all places, restaurants, lobby and others. Property ammenities ok, but some restaurants were close due lower seasons and maintenances. Rooms need some touch or little maintenance, in general was ok, but we changed the first room to other in different floor, because it was problems with doors, air acconditionary and smell to humid, the secound was better, but the bathroom extractor do not work at all. This property is located convinient, not to far from central Cartagena and Airport.

Beautiful hotel, room was very clean with an amazing beach view. My kids really enjoy all the different pools. Staff was very friendly.

Bed mattresses are older and soft in the middle. You cannot get a king size bed, only 2 doubles. A/C on non adjustable. Room is cold which is good but very cold in the morning. Restaurant has no ice cream.

The hotel has all the potential to be the best hotel in Cartagena. Great convenient location close to everything, its own beach, great swimming pools. However, it sad to see how poorly maintained the hotel is. It is falling apart. I would guess that the problem is poor management. - pools were dirty - the walls/ sides of the pools - room towels and sheets were thin and old - the walls of the building are falling apart - lack of paint. - gardens seem poor. - beach was dirty - the birds eat from your plates. Very uncomfortable. Very sad to see this is happening as the food, the people and the service were great.

Friendly staff. Pools are great. Breakfast buffet pretty decent. They charge for umbrellas at the beach.

Hotel is old and need some improvements and renovations. For example, new linens and bedding. But the positive side is that it is in an excellent location and the staff is remarkably professional and nice.

Great staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The room itself was spacious, and clean with sweeping ocean views. The gym was well-equipped and uncrowded. Dining at the hotel was a great experience with fresh and delicious prepared dishes.
