Isla Tijereto

Staying here was truly amazing, from the hospitality to the comfort of the room, i felt at home, safe and happy. The food offered was delicious, i recommend the pasta with the shrimp. The waters in front and back offer a beautiful view of the sea and sky. I felt blessed to be able to enjoy this island and meet the community and the beautiful diversity nature had to offer. Swimming in front was so fun, and all the activities are a must! (Playa libre, oceonario, planktons..) Also, it’s beautiful to see the stars at night on the deck. I recommend! Just make sure you bring insects repellent and water shoes. Thanks to all the staff! ❤️

We stayed at Isla Tijereto for three nights and found it to be a truly special place. The setting is stunning — crystal clear waters, white sand, and a calm, natural atmosphere that makes it easy to disconnect. The hotel itself is small and intimate, with a style that feels both rustic and elegant. The rooms have clearly been updated with care. Ours had comfortable beds, and lovely details that gave it a relaxed, boho-chic feel. It’s not flashy luxury, but everything you need is there — clean, tasteful, and in harmony with the island.

Spent a very relaxing week here. Arranged transport across with Navy Boats. Dally met us on the jetty. The hotel is small with 4 rooms and a seating area. There is access to the water front and back of the property. The water is stunningly clear with lots of fish. Our room was a good side with an en-suite outside bathroom. It was all very clean and the bed was comfortable. Dally looked after us really well. All meals can be provided and there is a menu. You can also buy wine and beer. The food is all home cooked by Robert and is very good. If you fancy a change for lunch you can walk to fragata house next to it. They were able to arrange snorkelling for us and you can also go diving. Everyone was helpful and friendly and Joseph very entertaining. We really enjoyed it.

Loved this place. Had read mixed reviews so was a bit nervous before going. Went across with Navy Boats all very efficient. Met at the jetty by the wonderful Dally who looked after us really well. Room was a good size and very clean. We also had an outdoor en suite bathroom which worked really well. There is a good range of food available all cooked very well by Robert. They ask you to order in advance which makes sense as it is a small property. You can also buy beer wine etc. you can walk over to the nearby Fragata house for lunch if you fancy a change. The waters around the property are crystal clear and fabulous for swimming. We also did a snorkelling trip which was terrific and well priced. It is a veryquiet place but wonderful for relaxing and chilling out. We had a very enjoyable stay.

I recently had an amazing stay at Tijereto. It was a fantastic experience, and here's why: Comfort: The rooms are cozy and inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and I had everything I needed.Free Wi-Fi, made my stay easy and enjoyable. Beaches: The hotel is right by the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The soft white sand and crystal-clear blue waters were stunning. I could easily access the beach and enjoy lounging on comfy chairs with umbrellas. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always there to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, my stay at Tijereto was fantastic. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable, and beautiful place in the Caribbean with friendly staff, I highly recommend it.
