The room was beautifully styled, big and the shower was excellent. The whole decor of the hotel was very nice. Some of the staff were realy warm and helpful, others seemed uninterested.. Breakfast was not good and did not reflect the luxury of the hotel, that was a big let down. We got two bottles of water upon arrival, but the next day we were expected to purchase it. All in all, the hotel is too luxurious to be cutting costs on breakfast and water.

Amazing experience! Close to the action but peaceful and quiet. Beyond safe and exceptional service. Rooms were large and cozy! Most comfortable bed in Cartagena. Blackout curtains and nice cool AC. Hot shower and very modern. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent hotel, I really enjoyed it. I went with my husband and we thoroughly enjoyed the view; we could see the entire historic center. It was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was lovely and attentive, and everything was perfect. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing.

It's a very nice hotel located in the historic center. Everything is new, the rooms are very spacious and have incredible views. Each room has its own terrace, as the name suggests. It also has excellent air conditioning, internet access, and is very close to restaurants and the walled city. They also have a delicious coffee. I really liked everything and would return.

The best-located hotel in Cartagena, this hotel was one of the best in my opinion. It's very beautiful and welcoming. I went with my family, booked two rooms, and it was the best choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were in perfect condition, and the quality and comfort of the beds were 1000/10. My husband was delighted. We had a room with a spectacular jacuzzi, and the view was amazing. We were close to the walled city, the sea, the shops, and the port for visiting the islands. We had everything right here without needing to pay for transportation, and we could explore on foot. It felt very safe and well-equipped. I would definitely return.
