Quite painful... they don't accept guests outside the one person you registered when checking in. It's then impossible to add a new guest or change the name of the guest you're welcoming. We've tried everything, they didn't want to accommodate anything. This is super painful if you just want to have fun and a good time going out. In addition, the streets are super noisy and the walls are very thin, which makes it almost impossible to sleep in after 8am. Apart from that, the staff is friendly, the place is well located, and beds are fantastic. But, all things considered, our overall experience wasn't great.

Excellent option for enjoying Cartagena The hotel is very good. The location is unbeatable, right between Getsemaní and the historic center, allowing you to explore Cartagena easily on foot. There are also many dining options nearby. The decor is very thoughtful and creates a cozy atmosphere where you feel truly at ease. The staff deserves a special mention: always attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any need. It's a modern hotel with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The location is great, and the free breakfast is cooked to order. However, the facilities are very poor. There is no clothes drying rack or hair dryer, and the bathroom is too simple, without even a hook to hang clothes.

Excellent location, only two or three minutes walk from the old town. Good service, warm and friendly. But the shower room is very small, with only a shower head on the top. You have to wash your hair when taking a shower, and there is no shower cap... and the shower water is very hot, and I have to turn it down and up all the time... I am tired. The breakfast is good.

The bedroom was huge, but the bathroom was tiny (but manageable) and it took some getting use to not putting the toilet paper in the toilet, but we understood why. The breakfast was spectacular (freshly made to order) every day and the staff were great, very helpful, friendly and approachable. Two members of staff stood out. Daniel in reception, who was always willing to help with directions and recommendations to restaurants etc. Sebastien in the breakfast area, always so pleasant and his service was excellent.

The staff was amazing, it was close to everything (walkable) and they even accommodated a late check out due to our flight being delayed (at no charge)!! Would recommend this place.

Staff was excellent at this hotel. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the hotel. They had no ironing board, iron, no hairdryer, no telephone in the room to communicate with the staff only via text messaging. Very plain room. Shower was cold with no warm water. Very disappointed.

It was walkable to the Clock Tower less than 5 minutes. The hotel staff were very nice and attentive. Be advised you cannot bring guest to the hotel unless they a part of your original reservation at check in. Hotel staff make this very clear, I felt very safe anyone cannot just walk into the door as it remains locked after 10 pm. The hotel staff are just a text on what's app away and they will reach you within 2 minutes. The AC works great overall great experience.
