Casa Lorenza Hotel

The hotel has positive and negative points: Positive: 1. Excellent location in the historic center, within the walls, allowing you to walk to all the attractions. 2. It is very well decorated, the patio where breakfast is served is beautiful. The rooms on the third floor are very nice. 3. The breakfast was very rich. It is not a buffet, but there are three options. 4. The staff was very friendly, especially Sandy and the night shift manager. 5. There is a hot and cold water dispenser. Negative: These reviews are exclusively for the rooms on the third floor. I don't know if this applies to the rest of the rooms, but I point it out because it is indicated on the website, and it is not available: 1. The Wi-Fi does not work. 2. There is no safe. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities. 4. They only provide two towels for bathing. They do not provide hand or face towels. 5. Although when I inquired, I was told that the kitchen would be available, this was not the case. I had to ask for plates and cutlery and return them immediately. And of course, you couldn't enter or use it. Everything I've mentioned would improve guest comfort and make this lovely hotel eligible for a 10-point rating.
