Reformado y limpio, bastante bien insonorizado, cómodo y espacioso. Se nota que le han dado un lavado de cara hace poco. Muchos enchufes, tanto cerca de la cama como en el escritorio. Buen termostato/aire acondicionado. Baño amplio, la ducha muy buena y la habitación en líneas generales correcta para estancias largas. El personal, en especial María José de recepción, de 10. Lo único negativo que la neverita del minibar apenas enfriaba, para estancias de varios días y más en verano creo que es algo básico y que deberían tenerlo en cuenta.

The hotel was clean, in the room lacked the coffee shop as it was in the description. The large bed, the pad a little hard, the nice coats. The regular bathroom, we ordered a shower but we got the bathroom. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Hotel really central, just 200 metres away is in the Cartagena main artery and from there, without leaving the pedestrian area, you can access the monuments and main attractions. We miss a gym area, as well as a little more complete breakfast, the concept of self-service band did not like too much.

We stayed for just one night on June 2017 and the experience was terrible. First, our prepaid reservation disappeared even with the printed confirmation on hand and front desk staff was mot to happy to honor the rate. Second, elevator to the lobby wasn’t working, therefore we had to carry our luggage because no one there to help. And third and worst, air conditioning wasn’t working at all. We call the front desk and a maintenance guy came and checked and said that the room should be cold in 30 minutes or less. We went to dine out and when back to the room it was still incredible hot. Calling again the front desk we were told that maintenance people were already gone for the day, so they offered a portable ac. Next morning the room was flood, including the carpet because the portable ac. No apologies or discounts for the inconvenience. Since this bad experience, we try to avoid hotels from this brand.

Positive: The hotel has a beautiful ”old atmosphere”. Most of the general space on the first floor (where we stayed) I personally found very atmosphereally decorated. The hotel room itself was also applied to the ”sphere”. Lifts in place. Free parking on the street. Great tram connection to the centre of Granada (20 minutes) Good breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel! Improvements: Unfortunately, in our room only high windows without view. There were no lamps in the bed lamps, so only a large light in the room. The bathroom has a problem with fungi in kitnadens, which is a very big deal, and I hope that something will be done soon! There was no reception staff behind the check-out bar. We sounded the clock twice and waited a while. Then the key was put through the lock in the screen. (Payment was already arranged).
