This is an amazing hotel in Barrio crespo. Close to beaches and with awesome views. Pool on roof. Attentive staff and the fish ceviche was off the chain Very new and very clean. Highly recommended. Stay here, not Boca Grande

A magnificent location in my impression the best location since it is near the wall, near bocagrande, very close to the airport, great staff and excellent food like the bar, a very good wifi and in general everything very good. They only had a bad detail in that the refrigerator is missing, the window was almost impossible to close and the bathroom had a bad faucet that came out.

You can have a really good time in this hotel, the food in the restaurant is really good and the service is even better, the rooms are comfortable and the employees are kind, friendly and good at doing their work. Congratulations to all the employees, especially Alonso from the restaurant who was charismatic and professional.

I booked the wrong room, booked a big bed room, and actually needed a twin room. Not a weekend, there are twin rooms available, plus an additional 30 knives per room. Hesitating, discussing with his companions, a little girl at the front desk looked at us very embarrassed, and said that we can give us an extra bed, free! Completely wrong in our (should be wrong), take the initiative to free extra bed, people feel very comfortable, unlike some stores, extra bed charges, praise the store and the front desk girl (I don't know if it is the supervisor, one At the beginning, I was a handsome guy who received us. I only said that I would change the room and add money. I didn’t mention the extra bed. The girl didn’t know when it came out. Breakfast is milk coffee juice and bread, and there are many types of bread. In the new district, a few kilometers from the old city, a dozen minutes by taxi, there are many small restaurants around, there are also McDonald's. Going to the dock is also very close. Not by the sea, the second row of blocks to the sea. Walk a few minutes to the beach. The shore is black sand, the sea is dark, and some people are swimming and having fun. We just walked away and went to the island by boat. It’s very convenient to take a boat. It took an hour to finally figure it out. The previous post was a lot of mistakes. I have wanted to praise the front desk of the hotel. Several people are very nice. Is it that the Chinese go less?

Three things lowered the grade for this hotel: location, dining, and poor wifi. Be warned, this Holiday Inn on Manga is not near the main spots. Getsemani is about a 30-minute walk and Bocagrande is a car ride away. The hotel is located in a business district within sight of the port and the cruise ship terminal. While it is quiet and very safe, you'll be walking or taking taxis to go anywhere interesting. The hotel's restaurant only serves breakfast. You are on your own for lunch and dinner. There are a few restaurants about 10 to 20 minutes' walk away. They do have a small store where you can buy snacks and drinks, but nothing substantial. I'm not sure if this is the result of Covid, but it can be a problem unless you eat while you are out. I found the wifi was hit and miss especially on the floors below reception. This hotel's reception is on the 10th floor and the rooms are on floors below. I understand the internet in Colombia is barely 10 mb/s, but it would seem more nests might be the solution to help boost the signal. The Good The staff are very friendly. They are very nice and welcoming. The general manager takes time to chat with guests and introduce himself which is a practice I have rarely seen in hotels. There is a small swimming pool on the 10th floor with views of the city and the flight path to the airport which is on the other side of La Popa. It would not take much for this hotel to be a great hotel. An express lunch or dinner on offer would make things better. It is clear that this hotel caters to a business demographic, but it will do in a pinch for tourists, especially if you won't want to stay in the party zones.

Excellent hotel and staff. Brand new with some amazing art work and decor. The view and ambience is simply beautiful. The only one problem I have which I know is being addressed is the last 1/2 drive to the hotel is literally thru some rough unpaved road which can make you car sick if you suffer from motion sickness. Besides that which I said is being addressed a must visit to relax and be one with nature if you are in Cartagena

Great location, literally right across the street from the castle and a mall. Room/bed very comfy. Hot water and good pressure in the shower, along with a clothesline for hand washing clothes/your face towel if needed. Mini bar with good variety and good prices. TV has several channels in multiple languages. Can't speak to the complimentary breakfast, as it only consisted of eggs. The restaurant menu in general is small but the food is really good. I ate there daily, and the service was mostly good, except for the last 2 days: the drink quality and speed of service diminished, which is unfortunate. Overall, good stay.

It is a hotel in an old building, half renovated. The staff is attentive, the food is excellent. The check out process is very slow. The pool area is very uncomfortable and fills up quickly. I rate it 2.5/5

It was a very good hotel I liked the view of the room everything had hot water the food was very complete and very varied and I did not really like the attention of the girls they always had a bad temper but everything was perfect the view the view of the bar it was perfect at night the list the room was very nice the food the lunch everything was perfect the drinks in the pool the snacks in the pool I can give it a nine out of 10
