Super 8 by Wyndham Carroll

No fresh food for four days. No counter service. Bed was ok, but no king size beds. Toilet did not fully flush. Sink cabinetry cracked. Toilet size for children. Room wall light did not work. Window curtain broken. No motel signage. Property not suited for general public. Smells bad. This motel needs to be bulldozed.

older facility/aging. No level entry to roos. up/down to hallway. Small breakfast area, poor selection. No luggage carrier due to stairs both ways. Not one of the best Super 8s we've stayed in. Better choices in this area.

The pictures are very deceiving. Didn’t even get out of my car. Most sketchy, rundown, POS hotel I’ve ever seen. Forfeited my reservation and payment and would do it a million times over.

The air conditioner worked. The managers may live there so we had to call her to check in. She came from somewhere a ways away. No hair dryer or iron. I had to buy each. The door lock was mostly unattached so we shoved a chair under the knob. The room smells old, dirty, musty. There is water damage on the ceiling. It looks like mold in the tile grout. Construction finishing details damaged or gone. The bedding is old and looks dirty. The carpet is worn out. Damage has not been repaired. No maintenance. No upkeep. The mattress is "shot". All chairs and table have loose legs. One was chewed on by something and left there. Dilapidated. The sign outside is waves with the wind. The base is broken. I would not eat there because it appeared to never have been cleaned. Noise was not a problem because no one else was staying there. The on line booking apparently was for the other Super 8 in town because ours did not have a pool and that one did. The area is questionable for illegal activities though we did not see any. We would not have found it if we did not choose to eat near there. Totally dissatisfied. Why didn't we ask for our money back and find a new spot to stay? With a late check in and never have done that we don't think of that first.

Staff were friendly and polite. The room is what dampened the stay. It looked nothing like the photos, the carped looked like it had been burned in multiple spots. Trim coming off the bathroom door. Limited plugins. Beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Dinning area was tiny.

There were bedbugs innthe 1st room I went to than the 2nd room wasnt even clean! Waiting on my refund as I left and went to Carrollton Hotel instead. Would not recommend

Old property but room was updated and they are the only hotel that allows pets.

Their breakfast is cereal, very disappointing. No pancake mix

Wouldn't recommend The toilet seat was chipped, bathtub caulk bad, toilet paper roll wasn't new, toilet didn't work very well, room smelled of smoke, pillows were lumpy, even though the motel seemed relatively empty we were placed in a room below an occupied room where we heard people walking around until well after midnight.
