We spent a night in this B&B in August 2023, large rooms well furnished and very clean, excellent and varied breakfast, friendly and available owners, excellent internal parking, very nice also the interior garden. Great discovery and good support for visiting the area. We will surely return.

Didn't have real expectations, but it is a good Hotel, and excellent for a 4 stars, nothing to say about service, rooms, cleaniness. Special thanks to the reception : helpful, welcoming and efficient, the only points that need a bit of improvement : laundry : make sure you dry well the clothes. The other point : the restaurant, it is excellent by itself, but need more variety, it is more based on fish and suchi, as an international Hotel : need more variety, not everyone likes Suchis. Otherwise : Excellent choice in Marina Di Massa, I imagine it in the Summer!

For work reasons I had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful villa Belverde in Carrara, where everything, as far as possible in the details, is perfect! The gentle, always available and hospitality Ms. Margherita has done her best to make my stay perfect in the villa and in my suite, thank you and I will continue to visit the Villa every time I am in Carrara. Clean, ordered, pleasant, comfortable large bed with bathroom, full bathroom in marble Calacatta, quiet place, despite near main street, no noise is heard, huge windows with view of the beautiful secular park, excellent breakfast fresh, served in the room on my request, fresh and tasty food, the suite smells freshness and citrus, everything is innocent and I am happy to advise this Villa to all those who want to enjoy the luxury and art works of which it is full This Villa, and all this in the price of night and breakfast, which is very modest and acceptable . e found Negresco to be quite a charming place so why just 2 stars. ITs all about expectations vs spend. The hotel fees were very high (similar to the 4 seasons hotel) and so we were expecting 4 seasons service and accommodations. Our hosts were nice but my first surprise was that when i came in they told me i must find street parking because they ran out of parking spots. This is something that can be expected from a 2 star hotel but when spending this much- as a welcome is completely unacceptable. Also they never asked me if I wanted to reserve a spot when I made the hotel reservation. I was in constant contact with the hotel about reservations etc and never once did they mention the parking to me. Even motels offer parking Also I got yelled at by the staff in front of other guests that evening because we left our room service outside of my room. Typically room service is left outside the door in a hotel so I wasn’t sure what I did wrong. not only were we embarrassed, we were shocked. Another issue i had was no internet access. It was worse then my flight internet. When I complained i was told in a very cold manner. Its not us- must be to much use.. This to me is again unacceptable. It is not my problem that you have not set up your internet properly. There was no attempt to rectify the problem at all. The location of the property was also very noisy as you can hear a lot of cars etc outside at night. The rooms itself were old and outdated and the AC hard to use.
