The most worst hotel I've ever been to The images on ******* don't look the same. Both the hotel and the rooms have an overpowering musty odor. The towels and bedding don't have a crisp, clean scent. Housekeeping never took out the trash or changed the sheets. Not only were the restaurant and bar closed, but the elevators were malfunctioning. The equipment at the gym was old and extremely unclean. You will regret staying at this hotel, so avoid it.

Great staff all around. The property was right on the beach. Check-in and out was very smooth. Shopping, dinning and live entertainment was within walking distance. We will return.

The assigned bedroom was not what we expected, it is not a hotel (no soap, shampoo, etc.) no breakfast included (there are hotels that include it and for a lower bedroom price). The building is not in the best condition.

ESJ rooms looked decent when I booked. However when we checked in late at night, we had to walk down a dark road to the hotel. Once at the hotel there is a smell of water damage or mold. The room had a bathroom and kitchen, king size bed and pull out couch. The bathroom doors didn't close completely.
There were mosquitoes in the shower. The deadbolt did not securely close. We checked out of ESJ the next morning. They were good about canceling the rest of our stay, however charged us an arm and leg in fees.

The property was average in quality they have a lot of remodeling and up keeping to do on property. The lobby has no AC. The location is great in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, CVS’s, Walgreens supermarket etc. Transportation is great also. They really need to bring the property up to a higher standard by remodeling and fixing the property. Other than that it is an average hotel. The hotel price is a little high for the condition the hotel is in.

This was not a hotel it was an apartment w security doors on some rooms mold non working elevators pool or most amenities I wouldn’t stay if it was free requested new linens I was brought a cover w feces security was nice but this place should be shut down I’m unsure how some of the residents are ok with living there .

The hotel is not a hotel, is more like a time share in bad shape. Lots of unfinished construction and the pool even though is advertised as one of the major amenities has been out of service for more than a year without any warning. I would definitely not recommend this facilities
