Shane and his wife are very welcoming go out their way to help you too we had a meal and drinks the food was beautiful and very tasty would recommend Anyone to stay here so Welcoming

Thank you to the hosts for providing a fan for the room. The pool, sauna and steam room were a bonus, very good value overall.

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff. Sensibly priced. Use of pool good. Excellent breakfast. Nice welcoming atmosphere in the bar. Close to town and beach. Would stay again.

Really nice room and great facilities but felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience by the way information at check-in was given. Suggested it would be helpful to check out early...

1980 hotel thats been neglected First sight of the hotel made me think its was a bit run down, outside paint work and car park (that was of a good size) needed some TLC. On going in the Hotel was busy, the 2 staff that where there were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fine room was ok for me ( bathroom needed to be made over) i was in room 12 facing the road so if you a light sleeper not the best room as you face the main road. Martin who was holding the fort was on his own most of the time and did what he could to help guests, he is the chef and the meals that he did where 5 star. Behind the hotel is a Leisure Club, the pool and jacuzzi was a very nice place to relax at the end of the day.

A bit rundown Weather was too hot so I left early, Room was too hot. Pool area was nice, Bar was not open till 2pm with not many places to eat nearby

Just had a meal, Sausage and mash. Sausages were tasteless and definitely not like any Lincolnshire sausages I’ve ever had. Peas were hard. Husband had liver which wasn’t too bad. He tried my sausage and said they seemed uncooked. There was No atmosphere as only us and another couple in. left straight after we’d eaten.

Late booking . Good location . Easy booking in . Bargain price with full English breakfast.

I stayed for one night for work, Shane was very welcoming and polite. My room was very clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced which included breakfast which was very nice by the way. It's only a 5-10 min drive into Bridlington from here and loads of parking spaces. Overall a great stay and I'll be back again for a short break with my family.
