Me and my cousins went to The Radisson Blu Goa in March and the service was amazing!! The highlight of our trip was being greeted by the welcoming staff and getting necklaces made of shells! There are tons of activities in The Radisson Blu…..Especially the kidzone which was a really fun experience for us! Even though the “Kidzopia” is meant for kids, we enjoyed making crafts and talking with Twizel and Cecilia! Other than the kid zone the swimming pool, was where we spent time and the place where we made memories The food was excellent! The flower and ice cream below are the crafts we made and there were ***y to choose from! Dear Twizel, Cecelia and all the other staff members thank you so much for making our Goa trip so memorable!!

A fabulous two weeks at the Dona Sylvia on a TUI package holiday. Great room (No 134 , an upstairs room kept spotlessly clean by our room steward, and apologies for forgetting your name) and with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. ***y people have commented on the wonderful gardens and the spread out nature of the hotel does make you feel that you are living in your own private botanical garden, and all kept absolutely pristine by the ***y gardeners working throughout the hotel's grounds. We loved the swimming pools, the quiet pool a particular favourite. But rooms and facilities are only part of the requirements that go to making a good hotel - it is the care, dedication and friendliness of it's staff that are the essential ingredient to make a hotel truly memorable, and the Dona Sylvia has this in abundance. So ***y people help to make a holiday special and, because it is not possible to name them all, we tend not to identify individuals. However, we have to say a big thankyou to Jagdish (definately a budding mixologist) for looking after us at the poolbar. Finally a big,big thankyou to ALL of the staff for making our holiday so special and also a quick mention to Karen (TUI Rep) who, like every one at the DS always went the extra mile. Thank you again to you all, we hope to be able to come back next year.

Lovely experience as regular visitors. Clean and friendly resort. Beech is 5 minutes walk away. Staff in all restaurants and other areas, like housekeeping and pool area are friendly, cheerful and ready to help. Food is excellent, particularly as we are vegetarians. Fatema in reservations and Binita in customer services made our stay very comfortable. Dining area ***agers Prasaad and Praveen, and Chef Varna, Ravi, and head chef Anthony, are always cheerful, attending to guests and happy to meet their dietary needs. Sevice crew Deepti, Zammeer, Nikhil, Radhika, Rohini, ***oj made our dining experience enjoyable and unforgettable. All poolside team are cheerful, friendly and helpful, but we can only remember Rajendra. Housekeeping team including Estella and Abdul kept our rooms clean and ever ready to help. We would like to thank the entire Holiday Inn team for making our stay wonderful and unforgettable.
