Well appointed room. Floor could have been cleaner, I wouldn’t have walked barefoot. The “free” shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were not full. Breakfast was great as was the front desk staff. Would recommend!

I am a repeat customer of this establishment, obviously due to high level of satisfaction. However, the 2 stars, which should actually be one star, referencia solely to one particular front desk employee who has shown a high level of unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. In order to avoid retaliation from this male individual, possibly in the form of incurring false charges for damages, etc, I chose not to confront the situation. As a precaution, however, whenever I travel I always photograph my entire room/suite immediately prior to checking out.

Great space, all suites, nice amenities & very nice staff! No complaints, and breakfast has a good spread too. One weird thing, the layout is huge and the courtyard in the center: lovely touch, but—I think you need a key to get out of it. So, possible to get trapped inside. Careful of that ;)

Supposed to be a smoke free building yet Noticeable smell of ********* on the floor. Advised front desk of the smell. They seemed disinterested. One gets the impression that the hotel is used as a homeless shelter. The food offerings for breakfast was average and unimpressive.

Upon arrival the front desk man was unwelcoming, not friendly, no smile. The 1st room the vanity was shabby and the furniture soiled. Second room , a little better but not what I am used to at any Hilton I've ever stayed at. One morning someone had a key and walked right in. Needless to say I'll never stay here again. And has to pay for parking 12.000 per day. Whyyyy
