The hotel is fine for one stay. It’s much too small for anything longer. There is no desk or night stand. The room is clean, and I did not hear any noise while in my room. It is in a great location. 

The hotel is easy to access which take about 15 minutes from city centre to the hotel. The staff is nice and polite. However, desk and chair are not provided in the room which caused some inconvenience. General speaking, the the facilities is fair.

Service: I got some issues about the facilities and booking, and then sought for help from the front desk. However, none of the staff there were passionate or willing to help me deal with my issue. I also wrote some emails about those issues, but I never got any replies from them. Room cleanliness & amenities: The room was so small and it can barely fit my 2 suitcases. After settling down, I can barely walk inside the room. The bathroom also drains so slow that when I finished shower one day, it literally flooded. I also found the toilet paper being partly yellow and white, bed having some dirty red spots on it, and they even said I got to pay for a change of bed sheet. The hotel is a total ****.

We had a great stay in Cardiff the hotel is clean organised with easy checkin and right next to the centre. Highly recommend staying here if you want affordable accommodation close to the centre

Great location close to the Cardiff University. Room was simple but clean.

Easy Hotel is basic but easy to find, I got a basement one. It was neat and tidy but had funny smell, bed was comfy and everything worked fine. I am a big guy, so it felt a little small, easy checking in and out. Happy to hold my bag, Very very reasonably priced. Coffee shop and Wetherspoon around the corner for breakfast.

The location is great, just next to the major town centre area. The toilet is a bit small and don’t know why they provide two hand wash but no shampoo or body wash. But overall, it’s clean and comfy to stay

Nice hotel, I like it so much, if I back to Cardiff another time definitely will back to this hotel, people in reception friendly, hotel very clean, near to city center, near to Arab street food (halal) also have a-good system of security, price unforgettable, to recap: everything in the hotel are unique.
