除了攜程海外酒店的“到店付”讓人很迷以外，其它都還不錯。建議用攜程訂海外酒店不要進行在線擔保用所謂的“到店付”，會被莫名其妙先收房費。

Our check in experience was terrible. We were accused of not paying for our room through ******* and presenting a credit card that declined which was untrue. The front desk clerk was argumentative and accusatory. Insisted that we present a credit card to recharge nightly room rate. Not trained well and made us feel awful. Too bad the front desk clerk Melissa was not working when we checked in. Ants in our first room all over the bathroom and wet bar area. Moved to a different room that still had an ant problem, but not as bad.

Great staff! Very attentive. The only thing I wish they could improve were the pillows (too soft) and ensuring the coffee maker works in every room.

We liked the location. The staff were very friendly. Our room had a very large bathroom with a nice shower. The lighting wasn't the best, but otherwise fine. The café wasn't worth the visit.
