We chose this hotel because it was just half the way from our trip. The room, the equipment, everything was perfect. Clean, quiet, we were happy to choose this step hotel. We will return to it because we are doing this trip regularly. Recommend !!!

The location is slightly remote, but is closer to Carrefour's integrated business centre. Surprisingly, the hotel room is equipped with an electromagnetic cooker and some kitchen utensils, you can make a simple meal yourself. Free parking, very convenient for self-driving tour.

Carcassone is a beautiful location with lots to explore. The Adonis Carcassone was right beside the medieval cite and there were many wonderful places to eat nearby. The hotel is also just over the bridge from Centre Ville where there was a wonderful Christmas carnival. The hotel was perfect for us, as we were staying for a week and it consisted of a bedroom, kitchen/ sitting room and a toilet and bathroom. We could come and go as we pleased throughout the day. The receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was a kettle from the room, but everything else was there.

This is a 2 star hotel not a 5 star hotel yet some people seem to have written their reviews on that basis which is exceedingly unfait. For a 2 star hotel it is ideal. I feel quite strongly about this as the owner goes above and beyond and it must be so demoralising to see reviews which hold the place to 5 star standards. It's not the Ritz but doesn't pretend to be. The location is great - it sits between the old town and la cite and vlose to restaurants and shops ( there's a nicebrasserie next door and a pizzeria just opposite) It is also clean and pretty spacious. The breakfast is simple but exactly what is needed - fresh bread/ croissants etc daily from the boulangerie at the corner of the street,/ yogurts with coffee/ tea on tap during the day (if the dining toom is open). In short it's great value for money. The owner is extremely helpful and was beyond generous with me when I had to report that my black pen had leaked on to the bedsheets and mattress. I have really enjoyed my time here. and would stay again if ever in Carcassonne

Fantastic Aparthotel, contact with more people: zero. A parking facilities included in the price, closed, without ceiling, next to the rooms, access is made with codes that are sent you for whatsap minutes before the time of entry, all the very controlled covid protocol, cleaning, have small kitchen, fridge, very modern bathroom, small terrace at the door, ideal orara one night or two and meet Carcasone

First the positives , hotel is in a great location and is ideal for visiting the castle and it is only a short walk into the town centre. The staff we encountered were very friendly and hard working . The decor is a bit strange with black and orange corridors and the rooms were dark . The cost of breakfast was 16 euros each ….. and although the lady who served us was very friendly the choice was very limited . The price of the drinks in the rooftop bar were also excessive , you expect to pay more in the hotel bar but I found the prices a bit over the top . So for somewhere to sleep , shower and explore this hotel is great but I would definitely dine elsewhere
