This is a very nice and secure hotel in a nice part of Caracas and is very close by to everything you need and the staff are very friendly and help with anything you need the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious I would recommend if you are in Caracas

Habitación espaciosa, la vista desde la habitación muy linda, Camas cómodas, en buenas condiciones de limpieza y buena ubicación, excelente atención. Sin embargo algunos detalles que corregir el aire acondicionado comenzó a gotear en el techo del baño. No tenía secador de cabello el baño, ni plancha para ropa.

Excelente servicio, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, la atención del personal muy amable y con disposición. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, prácticamente queda cerca de todo y fácil para llegar. Espero pronto poder nuevamente visitarlos.

Excelente ubicación! Habitació limpia, con nevera ejecutiva, Baño limpio, agua caliente!! Desayuno incluido, muy completo y sabroso! con muchas opciones para elegir que desayunar! 100% lomrecomiendo! Volvería sin dudarlo!

Leí los comentarios en Tripadvisor y me anime a reservar, grave error. Primera vez que no coincide lo expuesto en esta pagina con la realidad del hotel. La atención del personal del parking lo único que se salva. La habitación sucia, las sabanas tenían cabellos y estaban amarillas, pedimos el cambio y no lo hicieron, el cable de la televisión dejo de funcionar, el aire acondicionado se daño a las 12 am, aunque fue reparado. El baño si estaba en perfecto estado. Sali huyendo a las 8 am y me cobraron 15$ adicionales ya que mi reserva era por 1 día más. En fin NO LO RECOMIENDO NI REGALADO.

Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante modernas y cómodas. Un hotel estilo boutique con ambiente agradable. Sin embargo, la atención dejo un poco que desear. La primera noche se dañó el aire acondicionado de la habitación y no nos cambiaron a otra hasta la 1am (después de múltiples quejas) y luego la mañana del día que nos retiramos nuevamente el aire no enfriaba más allá de 23 grados.
