Cape Town Beachfront Apartments at Leisure Bay

It’s extremely peaceful and beautiful Oceanview. You can hear the waves at night as you were on the beach .

Up on arrival no electricity and no explanation. This continued with 4 power cuts every day. This really If you don’t meet mind staying in the dark every evening between 8 to 10 pm ….. this is the place for you. Moved hotel half way during the visit and no refund was offered. Most decent hotels have a back up generator. There are also very few restaurants close by. Bath tub with cracks looks dirty but not cleaners fault. Staff overall friendly

This is an amazing apartment with hosts that are extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to request to stay here again. Thank You Cindy for all you had done and shared with me.

I really enjoyed my stay in leisure bay it was so nice and serene there . The workers there are so kind and organized . I also give credits to a receptionist called Matatho if I’m correct with the name she’s so welcoming .

The Self Catering apartment was very clean and there is house keeping daily with very trustworthy staff. It has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the sea and Table Mountain. It is very close to all the sight seeing places as well as shopping centers. There is 24 hour security, the area is very peaceful and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is an option for the staff to do your laundry at a small price or you can use the laundromat on site which is great but you need to have enough R5 and R2 coins and your own washing stuff, the reception does not have change - had to drive to town again for that. Immediate access to the beach was an absolute favourite! We had a great stay and highly recommend Leisure Bay! Check in was from 3pm and when we got to the Apartment at 16h35 they were still mopping the floors! The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, had my Mom who is 70 struggle a bit up the stairs especially since we were out all day walking - this would most probably be the ONLY reason why I will not stay here again. The whole stove was sprayed/painted including the lights of the plates so it was difficult to see if it was On or Off - not all the plates worked and the stove knobs were not numbered so yea that was a bit of a frustration as some of the food got burnt at first.

Location was good. Lockup was bad. Lock fell out of door, been kicked in. Upstairs units the patio door couldn't be locked. People snooped in off the beach at night. We disturbed them not the security. No wifi for days. Needs to be improved in that respect!
