We stayed here for 9 nights and overall, it’s great value. The apartment is spacious for 4 people with two bathrooms, a private parking spot, and a very convenient location.
The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained — comfy beds, nice sheets, good AC/heater, and heated towel racks are a bonus! A few minor issues: the guest toilet flush didn’t work properly, one dull scissor, and a small leak in the guest bathroom.
The biggest disappointment was the service, which felt slow and forgetful. Parking was a hassle at first — the spot arranged for us wasn’t actually ours, so we had to move around for a few days before getting the correct one. We requested an extra bath mat on day one for the bathroom leak but only received it in the last two days after following up.
Cleaning was also frustrating — we cleared the space for it, but nothing was done. With only one scheduled cleaning during our stay, which was delayed because they forgot, our apartment was only cleaned on the second-to-last day.
I’d stay again because the apartment itself is great, but service and responsiveness need improvement.

Nice hotel close to bars and restaurants on Regent road. Also close to waterfront, table mountain and camps bay. The hotel is nice and staff is very helpful. The room is good furnished.

The apartment is stunning. Beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and boasts high-quality kitchen appliances. Everything has been thought of down to the last detail. There's literally everything you need for a comfortable stay – tea, coffee, various toiletries, a hairdryer, and even cute beach towels.
Location: close to the ocean, the red bus stop, a Spar supermarket, and various restaurants.
We needed a late check-in, so they sent us all the instructions via messenger and alerted security.
When we arrived, they put milk in the fridge, left the lights on, and had fruit, cookies, and chips waiting for us on the table.
Thank you for your thoughtful service and a first-class stay, just like in a five-star hotel!

Отличные апартаменты в современным стиле. Дорогая техника , сантехника , интерьер. Расположение между сипоинт и капмс бей удобное. Рядом магазины рестораны заправка. Администрация быстро реагирует на просьбы и вопросы. Парковка только не очень удобная , нет закрепленного места. В целом отлично для длительного проживания
