Everything was great - clean, excellent service, and just a 10-minute walk to the main Waterfront attractions. However, the room was a bit inconvenient: no closet, the sink was in the bedroom, and there weren't enough hooks for towels. You get used to these things quickly though, and such high-quality service is hard to find elsewhere.

Excellent hotel, very close to the embankment. It's clean, tidy, and they clean every day. The breakfasts are amazing! There's free parking right across the street, and if that's full, there's a paid, secure parking lot next to the building for a reasonable price. Excellent hotel. Great location, with the embankment and a Spar supermarket within walking distance. It's a quiet area with secure parking. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a stay. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location, within walking distance to the city center and port, and interesting interiors. Now for the downsides: 1) I saw cockroaches in the hotel; 2) The interior design needs updating and renovation; 3) I have a strong feeling—I'm not 100% sure, but after I returned from breakfast, my room had been cleaned, and then 10,000 rubles went missing from my backpack. I had a wad of 50,000 rubles, but after breakfast, I found only 40,000. I've heard such things can happen, so I'm somewhat to blame for leaving the money in my backpack. So, that's what happened.

I cannot say enough thanks to the folks at Onomo. Best choice staying here in Cape Town. Location is great! Situated just off VA waterfront with some minutes walk. Great food within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance. Staff welcomed and showered us with impeccable awesome service. They helped us arrange the airport transfer. It was seamless. On our check out day, we had to catch a super early flight. Onomo allowed us to select our breakfast for takeaway so that we don’t have to go hungry. Kudos to the team at Onomo! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend to friends and relatives going to Cape Town.

First off, the location is great. It's close enough to safely walk to the waterfront, and all the staff were friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a fridge or a closet, but I was still satisfied and would love to stay there again if I visit next time.
