The hotel is located in a building with good security control. The front desk staff are very friendly. Room is clean and well equipped. It is a very pleasant stay fo me.

It was a great experience. Felt safe from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. The room was clean and beautiful. It was looked after well by the cleaners. The lady at the reception was amazing, very friendly and helpful! She made the whole experience even better

Lovely hotel. The room is small but clean and safe. They stored my bags for hours and they were safe. I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is also very convenient

Price and facility are reasonble, at a very good location. But there is no hair dryer inside the room. You need to go to reception to get one.

Pros: The price is more affordable than most other hotels; the location is good and convenient for getting around; the rooms are equipped with self-catering facilities. Cons: The room is quite small; the bathroom has a strong odor; the breakfast area is small, and the service staff are not very efficient, especially when it's busy. The food delivery is very slow; one day I actually waited an hour for my order (I only ordered a fried egg, a slice of bacon, and a piece of toast).

I extended my stay multiple days at the hotel since I had no complaints. But when I first checked in the shower pipe wasn't working properly and the whole handle for the water valve came off. I called reception and they came to fix it right away. After that it was fine. Water pressure could be better but oh well.

Everything is good but the reception needs more hospitality training. The booking had breakfast included but the guy at the reception said " the price you paid for the room shouldn't have breakfast included" That's a very rude reply. Trip.com support solved the issues for me later. The breakfast is not "buffet " as listed. You got to choose from three options from a cafe. No shampoo and shower gel in the room. We had to ask the reception. Even though we stayed for three nights, the second time we asked for more shampoo, they said they can only supply once. We also requested through their housekeeping service app, nothing happened. The room is clean and comfortable. For the price, we are happy with the room and hotel location.
