Quality Inn

Check in was fine… the man explained everything after my husband asked why all travelers in the room had to present IDs (including our two teenage sons). The room was pretty clean except there was blood on the comforter. All the employees were friendly. Overall, a decent stay once the linens were taken care of.

The safety wasn’t great, the side door to outside didn’t lock. The breakfast wasn’t much. The bathroom was terrible had a molded and hole in ceiling tile.which made me physically sick. The walls and door hinges filthy.

Room was well cleaned. A lot of extras in the room that I didn't expect such as a microwave oven, mini fridge, etc.

The inside of the building had a very musty smell to it. It smelled like maybe people were smoking in their rooms. It was not a good smell at all. I was not told if they had a complimentary breakfast, so I did not try it. The front desk lady was not very personal at all. The hotel looks old and in need of repair. Parking was alright.

Our sheets and mattress cover were dirty in the same spots so I know they didn’t watch them. The sink and inside of the toilet had black residue. The shower nozzles were detached from the shower. Breakfast was minimal but wha you’d expect. Only stay here if you can’t afford anywhere else. I would not stay again. Went to Walmart and bought pillows and blankets since there was no other option for another room or reimbursement.

It needs some updates and remodeling. The bathroom was clean, but the shower had very little pressure. The "breakfast" was not really breakfast. However the staff was polite and helpful in giving me a first floor room. The bed was comfortable. It was adequate for my business trip.

The office chair did not move up or down. The water in the shower was just lukewarm when it was hot at the sink. The drain mechanism didn't let the water drain out.

I wouldn’t recommend this property. Our first room was given to someone else. Then the room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned the bedding was all over bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. The hall had garbage by some of the rooms. Plus there was a big hole in the ceiling in the hall by our room with water dripping from it. They had it blocked off and said under construction. The room we were finally given was descent. The beds were comfortable.

We stayed overnight because the original hotel we chose had a gas leak. I spent $125 for one night in a room with dirty mirrors, only 2 of the 4 lights OVER the mirror worked, and there was barely any breakfast, much less an English one.
