Would have preferred to havw had daily room service rarher than get it yourself towels from rexeption etc.

The environment is perfect like living in a tropical rainforest. But it is far from Airlie beach

The hotel's pool area is great for photos, and you can also relax on the loungers nearby to pass the time. There's a Coles supermarket close by, which is convenient for shopping. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor.

It was a very pleasant experience 😊 we spent an amazing long weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast 🥞

The Mantra Club Croc hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies at the bar. The room was really spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely too. The location is slightly further out from the centre of Airlie Beach. You can walk within 20 minutes and a local bus stops right outside. However your right next to a retail park with a Coles and other food options.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. No toothbrushes. As there's no daily housekeeping, you can request fresh towels and tissues from the front desk. They provided beach towels, bath towels, face towels, small towels, and a bath mat. The location is good; it's about a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk to the downtown area. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. There's a free water cooler. The front desk had a Japanese staff member who was very kind! A shuttle bus from the airport costs $25 one-way, while Uber is around $100, so I recommend booking the shuttle bus online in advance. Buying a round-trip ticket saves you about $5. The price was reasonable, it was clean, and the location was great, making it convenient in many ways. Overall, 100 points!

Good location, a 5-minute drive from Airlie Beach. Great pool with a jacuzzi. Room service is attentive, though they don't clean the room if you stay multiple nights.

Thanks for the hospitality! We truly loved everything you offered to us. The room is very clean, and we got everything we needed. The plug come with type c and usb cable are super convenient too.

I knew the hotel wouldn't provide slippers, but I didn't expect there wouldn't even be a toothbrush. Also, if you stay for several days, the room won't be cleaned, and amenities won't be replenished automatically. You have to go to the front desk to ask for everything yourself. The hotel breakfast is $25 per person, which you can definitely skip. For around the same price, you'd be better off going to a coffee shop in the town center for something better. Overall, the stay was decent, as long as you don't set your expectations too high.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly. Well layed out pool and bar/meals area. As with everything in Airlie, did is quite expensive but they did decent sized portions. The rooms are quite small, particularly the shower door which is a bit awkward to get around unless you're slim. No room service during our 3 night stay. Bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows and a good sized smart TV. Overall it was a nice place to stay

The hotel staff provided excellent service, but the facilities and dining options were just average. The surroundings of the hotel were very pleasant, and it's a convenient location with lots of people around. The staff were also very polite.

Everything was just wonderful! The staff was welcoming, the location is great! There's a big store nearby, we'll be back again.
