The room was nice. The main problem was that there was no front desk. I arrived at the hotel at around 4pm and couldn't get in. I pressed the intercom and there was a recording at first, which I couldn't understand. Then someone answered the phone, but I still couldn't understand it. Since my mobile phone network signal was not good, and another China Mobile phone couldn't get through to Ctrip's overseas 95010 number, I had to leave the hotel and go to Andorra la Vella. I asked two handsome guys who knew English to help me in McDonald's, and contacted the hotel management. I learned that we could also check in not far from McDonald's in Andorra la Vella. So the handsome guy took us to check in, paid the tax and deposit, and got the code to enter the hotel and the room. This was the first time I encountered such a thing.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was good. A small 6min hike to the Ski Gondolas.

Great apartment
Very clean and tidy apartment with all the kitchen utensils you need. Apartments have a upstairs which is great. Secure underground parking. Washing m/c (€3) and dryer (€2) available.

I left a set of keys in the Apartment. They want €170 to post to the uk Absolutely disgusting. I have stayed over 6 times. Never again. I cannot believe they treat loyal customer like this. Iam happy to pay a few euros for postage and packaging but this is just a con

Good option!
Very good location. Beds could be in better condition. Rest is fairly good. It would have been a great upgrade to have some sky lockers at the Parking. The reception attention quite good.

Stayed here with my family for 5 days just before Christmas for skiing. The apartment is very clean and very big, plenty of room for us (4 adults). It’s a 10 minute easy walk to the gondola so we left our boots and skis in storage near the gondola. Our transfer was initially delayed so the girl at reception let us have a late check out with no charge and then due to the adverse weather conditions we had to arrange an alternative transfer which the reception did this for us. If i ever ski in Soldeu again i would stay here without considering anywhere else. Highly recommend.
