"Incredibly rude staff. So disappointed. Following miserable service wrote to the hotel and never even got a reply. Unbelieveable! The spa facilities were out of order. The staff couldn't have cared less. I certainly won't be recommending to friends or family."

"From the moment we arrived we received nothing but a very warm and efficient welcome. We booked at very short notice and received a lovely room upgrade. The room was clean, well presented and well equipped. All the staff were friendly and helpful. 2 off road car parks meant that we had no problem to park the car, and a very short distance from the beach makes it ideally positioned. We visited in March and the weather wasn’t particularly agreeable at the time so we didn’t use the pool, but it seemed to be well maintained. Although we didn’t dine in the restaurant it seemed very popular, and the food looked very good. Would definitely recommend this lovely little hotel to anyone visiting Canet. Well done The Galion - we will definitely be back!"

"Great location, very close to the beach and local restaurants. If you are a remote worker, you have space to work or have a call, they have a great conference room. Sometimes, there is a smell over the elevator area and the towels are not fresh, the hotel needs to change their towels."
