The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

We were five people. The assigned villa was spacious and very nice. The beds are very big and clean. Rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom. Daily cleaning. One day we ordered dinner and it was very tasty. The best thing about the stay was the staff, they were very friendly at all times. Nilesh, the general ***ager, solved several problems for us, such as recovering our lost luggage at the airport or renting us some motorcycles that nobody wanted to do.

Special thanks to Mr Rahul. Who made sure that none of our food needs (as we eat Jain food) went unattended.... Our stay at the Lemon Tree Goa was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing environment a whirlwind tour of some other Indian cities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable and the pool was a great retreat from the Goan heat. The resort is very clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect for access to the stunning Candolim Beach. What was very impressive, was that the staff made every effort to ensure that your every need was satisfied and Team Houskeeping was outstanding in this regard.
