The hotel is great! The room can see the swimming pool and the bay! Palm trees, pool, yachts! All of them! Without further ado, let’s look at the pictures! The most important thing is to have blue sky and white clouds! I made a lot of money this time!

The hotel in terms of price is good, beds comfortable, the problem was on the ground floor and it makes too much noise at night those who bring a clothes cart which is quite annoying to listen to it all night. As for cleaning, the sheets were dirty, there were no paper in the bathroom. Very good location near the beach.

The facilities are newer and there is a restaurant, but the waiters are irritating. I bought a pizza at a restaurant in the evening and said that I could heat it up the next morning. However, I went to the waiter the next morning and said with disdain that there was no microwave. I had to open the pizza and turn it over and look at it before I would reheat it. The front desk can help as much as possible and not consider the guests. The balcony door requires a lot of effort to open.

This hotel is by the road on one side and the lake on the other. The noise from the road is too loud to sleep well. If the quality of sleep is low, don’t rely on the road. Every day, listening to the roar of the car makes your nervous system weak.

The water in the shower stopped on two different days while my wife was covered with soap in the shower. It came back on after about 5 minutes. This is a nice hotel that needs some maintenance. They also sprayed pesticide while we were in the room.

This was a decent hotel out of the main hotel area of Cancun. There is a public beach across the very busy street. There are no coffee makers, mini fridges, or microwaves in the room. There is a Starbucks on site and a hotel restaurant that serves mediocre food.

Front desk service was pretty terrible. Our flight was unfortunately delayed 8 hours, so we got to the hotel at 7am and when we got there the front desk said that they had sold our reservation. Both my husband and I are fluent in Spanish and we explained that we had paid for the reservation 3 months in advance and they had no right to sell our reservation. They told us we could get another room but we would have to wait until 3pm for check in. We discussed it for another 10 minutes until they finally checked our reservation confirmation number and discovered that our reservation hadn't been sold after all and that we could check in. Super frustrating. The wifi also was not working most of the time we were there.
Besides all that, the room we stayed in was pretty nice! The view from the hotel is amazing. They have a pool but it seems like they close it after 8pm. They have a decent gym facility too.
