Serious noise from the bar on the 1st floor until 3:30 am. It makes me crazy, I've claimed once, but still noisy. Terrible water... seriously gross smell It will smell like it was washed with sewer water. DISGUSTING Never come again AVOID

The hotel was well appointed and conveniently located near a mall, though not very close to the beaches. There’s an infrequent buggy to a nearby beach club at SLS, which takes about 15/20 min walking. The room and facilities met expectations, providing a comfortable environment. The water pressure could have been stronger. Blackout curtains were great! While the staff could have been a bit friendlier (not to say that they were rude), the overall experience was positive, making it a good stay overall.

Amazing stay at the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina! The hotel is modern, very well located, and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view. A special shout-out to the staff, who were always welcoming, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend it for a stay in Cancun 🌴

The pool view is nice. The location is a little far from the hotel area but this place offers a different view. The lobby area is also nice.

The location is a bit off, being on the edge of the hotel zone. Day tours with hotel pickup don't seem to cover this property. The pendant lamp above the bedside table was more for show than function – it actually fell off and shattered, causing a power outage for half an hour until an electrician fixed it. On the bright side, having direct access to the adjacent mall from the back of the hotel is quite convenient.

The hotel's location is decent, close to a commercial area, and getting a taxi is quite convenient. The room's blackout curtains are really good. However, all the water in the room has to be paid for.

It was pleasant overall. But I had to pay unexpected extra 20 dollars for tax when I checked in. Maybe it will be better if they informed me in advance. Except that, every thing was good.

First of all, the hotel was different from the one in the photo. This needs to be corrected on Trip.com. The pool in the photo is not here. I asked the staff, and there's only one small pool. And they charged me $24 more than what I paid ($12 per day). Please check this as well. I'm sure there was no on-site payment. I booked an ocean view, but they said the marina view was better, so they changed it to a marina view. The hotel was new and clean.
