This is a amazing hotel, with great staff. The food is perfect with different choices for everyone everyday. The pool is clean and the life guard is friendly and a good guy to talk to. Evening entertainment is entertaining and always a laugh. Highlight of the holiday is animation team as they are always around and interesting with the guests and having a laugh with everyone, truly genuine people.

Nice, small hotel. The staff don't speak English, only Russian. The room was OK, small, and comfortable, but not cleaned often. Towels were changed only one time a week. AC was working correctly. Our windows were to the pool are, so there was unable to sleep until 11 p.m. because of loud music. The pool was great, always was free sunbeds. Slide worked only two times per day for one hour. There wasn't AC in the restaurant, but the food was quite good. Always enough food for everyone. The guy at the bar was rude. The beach is several minutes to walk, very pebbly.

You need to know exactly where you are going. Yes, the hotel is in a very good area of Kemer, 3-4 minutes to the sea. The view from the balcony is stunning, of the mountains. But! Please check the box if you require separate beds. For some reason, my adult son and I were placed in a single room, with one bed, only polite and stern insistence forced the staff to change our room. The hotel is shabby to say the least. There are broken handles, doors, plastic napkins on the tables and stains from hot drinks; apparently, they are not cleaned very carefully here. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. We didn’t take it, because everything is included! And 3-4 stars assume the presence of dental supplies. They will tell you that you can drink coffee, tea, water and juices in the room, but there are no juices, and there is only one bottle of water, instant coffee. You will have to buy beach towels for $5 each. Wi-Fi too, $1 per person per day. If you take a laptop, then it will require a separate Internet connection. He really does fly. The staff speaks almost no Russian. The table is buffet and the kitchen is working almost non-stop. But the menu is monotonous and some dishes are impossible to eat, unfortunately. There are always sun loungers on the beach, but they are very worn out. Everything causes a feeling of some kind of fatigue and disgust. The price includes the hammam, but massages and spas need to be paid separately. We are discouraged and upset by the little things that make up the overall background of our holiday. Despite the fact that it is difficult to call us pessimists or picky people. Just don't expect much from the hotel and the usual comfort if you come here. There are many foreigners from all over the world in the hotel, many elderly people and couples with children. For a quiet, unpretentious holiday, but with everything of your own in your luggage. Have a nice rest.

The hotel is normal, but for the price, with an all-inclusive system, it’s very good. We checked in earlier, without any problems, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, very friendly. The rooms are good. There is a kettle and refrigerator. All inscriptions are in Turkish, English, Russian. They gave me a printed reminder in Russian about what works and when. There is a small gym. There is a swimming pool. There is WiFi - normal. Unfortunately, instead of one large bed there were 2 small ones. The food is of normal quality and in a normal range. You won't go hungry, but you won't get much pleasure either. There are queues for food at the restaurant☹️ There is a swimming pool. There is a mediocre beach nearby. The price corresponds to the quality. Total: Pros: rooms, staff, refrigerator, kettle, WiFi, location. Cons: beds, beach, very small area.

Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel. Of course, in terms of the level of service and appearance it is not 4 stars, I would give it a solid 3, but the hotel pleasantly surprised us with its friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The guys at the reception are a different matter; I have never met anyone more hospitable and friendly. On top of everything else, almost everyone speaks Russian!) The hotel is not for parties, but rather for families, many elderly people and couples with children. Evening program not every day, we saw belly dancing, fire shows and listened to live music. Wi-Fi is paid, $1 per day per person, but it works well and flies. As for the room itself - small but cozy, there is a balcony. The bathroom is small and old, the shower doors are flimsy, they almost broke a couple of times. But these are all little things that we didn’t pay much attention to) There was almost no cleaning service, towels and sheets were never changed for us in 10 days. In general, this was said in every review, we were not surprised. Once we personally asked the cleaning lady to wash the floors, everything was done. The food is not bad, there were always several types of hot dishes, side dishes and salads. The menu is monotonous, but quite pleasant, we never left hungry, we always found something new for ourselves. The same fruits were served for a week: apples, plums, watermelons. The next week there were grapes and nectarines. The bar prepared delicious cocktails (although according to a schedule). We tried wine as an alcohol, but it was only dry. The beach is 5-7 minutes from the hotel, the area is small, there are a lot of people along the entire coast, but there were always enough sun loungers. What was frustrating, of course, was the attitude of some tourists who, early in the morning, occupied the sunbeds on the beach with towels and went home (the same thing happened with the tables in the restaurant). But even despite this, we never stayed on bare rocks. I would especially like to praise the hotel spa and bath attendant Hassan. (The hammam and sauna are available to guests free of charge!) We took the full hammam procedure with a 40-minute massage for $25, we were incredibly pleased!!!! We definitely recommend this. But we don’t recommend going to the spa center on the main square of Kemer - it’s a scam for money, the attitude is disgusting. If you don’t want to pay extra, they won’t even complete the procedure for you. As for the location of the hotel, it is located in the village of Camyuva, 15 minutes by minibus No. 8 to the center of Kemer. The stop is right at the exit from the hotel, the fare is 1$=25 liras. The prices there are much lower than in the shops in the village! But still high. We were lucky with the guides on all our trips, from Pegasus we want to praise the guide Timur, he got into the situation as much as possible, made whatever discount he could, rescheduled excursions when we couldn’t go. The prices for excursions from guides, of course, are steep, but we were afraid to take them on the street. However, for less anxious tourists, there are travel agencies all over the village, at every turn. Among the excursions, we recommend a trip to Cappadocia with viewing the panorama of the balloons!!!!!!!!!!

Dirty (from the bed linen to the floors in the rooms). Broken shower door. The assortment of fruits and dishes leaves much to be desired. It's far from the sea, the pool is not cleaned either at night or during the day. Everything is old in the hotel (the furniture from Napoleon’s times is still there, the towels look like they were after the war, the furniture in the rooms is also antique)

I liked everything) I’ve been to 3 different hotels, this one is the best of all. The food is very tasty and fresh) The staff is always helpful. We lived in a bungalow across the road, it was quiet and very clean. I don’t know why they write that it’s a long walk to the main building, It takes 1 minute to walk there. The downside is that the internet is paid. I’ll be back again)

Wonderful hotel, very nice place! We were put in an apartment! Thanks Birol! Thanks to him, we found ourselves in a gorgeous place, our own swimming pool! Peace and comfort! I really enjoyed my vacation! Everything in the apartment is new, there are air conditioners, shower, sofa, bed, kitchen, washing machine! Come and live! It's very quiet at night, there's no music playing anywhere! It was a very peaceful sleep! A wonderful road to the sea! The most important thing is the mountains. The view is wonderful! I thank Birol for the good attitude that they accommodated my mother and me in the apartment! Very grateful! Lena, Moscow city
