A INFRAESTRUTURA DO HOTEL EM TODOS OS SEUS AMBIENTES, ESPETACULAR. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS SÃO EXTREMAMENTE ATENCIOSOS. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MARAVILHOSO COM MUSICA AMBIENTE NUM SALÃO COM VISTA DIRETA PARA A PAISAGEM DE NATUREZA ESPLÊNDIDA. OS PRATOS A LA CARTE DO JANTAR SÃO DELICIOSOS. TUDO IMPECÁVEL.

We came all the way from the states, paid more than 1200 dollars for 4 nights and was terrible to see water problems in the bathroom, terrible to see that we didn’t have breakfast on buffet of any day, and was only us here, paying this much for normal accommodation, well and for finish, do never do laundry here, it cost for a a pair of jeans 120 reais more than 20 dollars, the place is beautiful but needs to grown so much.

We requested some favors but non of them were accepted.
Also, we were not informed that Dinner reservation is necessary thus we had to dine at chilled open-air table.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Ótima acomodação. Tudo bem organizado e bem limpo. O resutaurante do Hotel deixou a desejar. Demora na preparação dos pratos, poucas opções no Menu, e o atendimento é diferente/inferior do padrão da recepção do hotel.

Atendimento Fantástico de todos, inclusive da camareira Maria Eliza. Fazem de tudo para agradar os hóspedes. A comida é excelente, não comemos nada ruim. Os quartos são muito bons, fiquei numa opção com banheira e sacada, quarto amplo. Hotel aconchegante e caprichado em detalhes. Com certeza entrou pra minha lista de hotéis de luxo que retornarei.

Hotel lindo, impecável, atendimento excepcional, a equipe não me esforços para atender bem. Piscinas climatizadas maravilhas. Tem coelhinhos lindos no hotel. Participei de uma experiência de fabricar meu próprio biocosmético com o Lincon e amei!! Café da manhã super completo, com kombuchá, omeletes gourmets, varal de mel, frutas, espumante... tudo de excelente qualidade. Café da tarde maravilhoso também. Demais refeições do hotel também são ótimas. Música ao vivo de extremo bom gosto. A noite tem fogueira para degustar marshmellows. Ducha, cama, enxoval e amenietes maravilhosos. Estadia perfeita. Atenção para quem tem mobilidade reduzida, pois o hotel tem muita escada.

Este hotel em si, não e só um lugar para você dormir, apesar de Campos do Jordão ter várias opções a se visitar, quem quiser algo mais tranquilo e privado, o hotel dipoe de várias opções a se aproveitar, como duas piscinas aquecidas com borda infinita, uma grande biblioteca com ótimos títulos, academia, SPA para relaxamento que pode ser marcado apenas duas horas antes, muito espaço verde trazendo aconchego, o quarto e lindo com vista para a floresta, se quiser o quarto bem escuro tem o blackout persiana automatizado que fecha bem o quarto, a noite a magia continua, com vários espaços com fogueira para curtir o friozinho a céu aberto. Tudo isso cercado de uma rica decoração e detalhes que admirei nos três dias que fiquei hospedado, não vejo a hora de voltar.
