Excellent hotel, the only disappointment is the minibar does not freeze, it just cools a little more than normal. I called reception and that's it.

Hotel agradável.... funcionários muito simpáticos..... gostei muito da localização... Comércio por perto.... vários lugares dá pra ir a pé. Quarto arejado...amplo.... Gostei muito do fato de ter armários.... quarto limpo...... tudo funcionando bem .... café da manhã gostoso... farto. Eu pesquisei bastante antes de ir ..... tem outros hotéis por perto.... mais ele ficou mais em conta e não me decepcionei.

If you are a competitor, find another hotel. I made a reservation with advance payment day 20-21/12 and under the penalty of deleting the certaine I asked a gentleman to attend Lucas to help me scan a document requested by the bank that I would pay, I came late to the city to sleep and to test, and could be removed if I didn't send it, and I received the answer that if I wanted to look for a 5-star hotel like a novel or similar that could help me there. I spent the night photographing and sending cellular because in a hotel where I hosted and paid a high value the collaborator had no empathy to treat me with respect. The only thing you can want in the hotel is the location but it seems that you are at home, with the good service of the very dear and well-performing staff clean room, with good beds , good shower , Good breakfast And I left my car a week in their parking and they didn't charge me anything and when I came back was all right I recommend and I'll stay there some other times
