Great place and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The receptionist Murilo was so kind. The breakfast is also great, but the hotel is old and could be in a better shape.

FUJA DESSE HOTEL!!! péssimo atendimento, cafe da manha horrivel custando 22 dolares por pessoa. Super velho, cama ruim e CARISSIMO para um hotel que eu considero duas estrelas.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Family friendly environment. Good breakfast. Cons: beds are little and not very comfortable. Hotel is a little outdated (needs some renovations). Douglas is the best. He always try to make you feel at home and happy during your stay.

Atendimento nota mil! Check-in e check-out com recepcionistas super atenciosos. A cama é maravilhosa e edredom super macio, quarto super espaçoso. Café da manha com variedades e muito gostoso. Voltarei a me hospedar mais vezes!!!!!!!!
