We had an excellent 2-night stay at this charming English-style hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms, coupled with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, made our experience truly delightful. Special kudos to restaurant staff who served us during the Christmas Eve dinner and breakfast – their efficiency and professionalism stood out. The food from both restaurants, Dining Room and Jim Thompson, were delightful, contributing to a wonderful stay with my family for Christmas . We’re eagerly looking forward to revisiting the hotel in the future.

There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything outside of your room (people talking, kids, housekeeping carts wheeling by on the tiles). There is a nice sitting area with fresh air and nice views (it’s down the hall from reception). The men that work there are very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Brinchang as it’s all uphill and the resort is uphill from the town. The town itself is very rundown and has an unhappy vibe. Tanah Rata is better - the town is flat and you get much better and happier town.

I have experienced a very beautiful holiday. All the workers do their best to help them laugh and make their best. There is also the addition to having an adult hotel. Eating sweet salads, sweet salads, drinking cocktails fresh and delicious. Besides this, the beach and the sea are very beautiful. The toilets and room cleaning are very beautiful. There are hairdressers and stores in the hotel. There are two swimming pools. All kinds of products can be found in the market very beautiful and smiles. Gökçen Madam, Turgut Bey and Göktug Bey are doing their best to help. Kookafor Özkan Bey and Angela Madam are very successful and laughing. The fun inside the hotel makes you enjoy very pleasant and beautiful. Halil Bey and Sefa Bey from the animator team are the prayers of this job. The staff at the reception, the kitchen team, the people who clean rooms are successful in their jobs. The coastal toilets are clean and the night security is very good. Thank you very much to people who have an impact on my good life. Only the only handful of the hotel's staff who react each other in front of customers when a bad incident occurs.

We stayed here for 2 days 1 night, we booked a quadruple room (with 2 double beds) and the room we were given by the hotel was facing the front parking lot. Good location as the night market and most of the shops (like guardian, supermarket and KFC) are nearby and are walking distance. But parking will be a big problem if you want to drive there. During Ramadan, half of the open-air parking lot in front is occupied by the market. For the room, it is clean and spacious, with smallpox fan, 4 cups for drinking water. But the towels smelled and the water was a little yellow, so we didn't boil water to drink ... the staff was nice and helpful. There were only some TV channels and no cartoon channels. We booked here just because of its location and the cheap quadruple room.
