A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location - 40 mins nice walk through the park to get to central Cambridge. However, the local area is also really great too - lovely restaurants and cafes around which we really enjoyed. The hotel is beautifully done with really nice interiors and the room was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Only notes would be we'd love to see the addition of net curtains for natural light in the room with some privacy, nespresso (or similar) coffee machines rather than just a kettle (aparthotels tend to have these, we were surprised there wasn't one) and more hooks in the bathroom for wet towels. Other than that, a great stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel room was excellent, very well-equipped with a functional kitchen and washing machine, and incredibly spacious. The best part was the free overnight street parking, though you need to move your car by 8 AM or purchase extra hours. For visiting Cambridge, you can use the 'park and ride' service and take a bus into the city.

Lovely comfy warm friendly place to lay your hair down while in west Cambridge. The little kitchenette has everything for light meal prep. And Sainsbury’s are 3mins walk :) The bike rental was a great bonus. Loved their attention to detail. A water dispenser/ fountain will be a great addition. Thank you for your kindness, Justin!

Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast is expensive at £20 per person but quality of buffet selection very good. Full English & continental options available.

I've stayed in two room types: the Lock Studio and the One-Bedroom Suite. The room layouts are the same, but the suite is 3 square meters larger, featuring a bigger sofa (upgraded from a mini two-seater to a spacious three-seater) and a window that converts into a large, opening door. I experienced another late-night fire alarm; just calmly wait for the hotel staff to assist. The front desk service is good, and Andy was particularly enthusiastic and commendable!

I chose this hotel specifically because it had a washing machine and a kitchen, as I was dropping my child off at school and needed to help them set up their dorm room for a few days. It was a great choice! The location is convenient, right next to a Sainsbury's supermarket. There's a coffee shop nearby for breakfast, and the pizza from the adjacent pizza place is delicious. The bus stop is only about 100 meters away, with connections to the train station and the city center. Just be aware that the buses aren't very frequent, so it's a good idea to check the schedule beforehand. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room was spacious. The kitchen appliances were also fully equipped. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen. The air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted directly in the room; you have to ask the front desk to change it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but there's a large supermarket nearby. Housekeeping only comes once a week, which isn't very reasonable.

My stay this time was absolutely delightful! The hygiene was impeccable; the room was spotless with no odd smells, and the bedding and bathroom fixtures were gleaming as if brand new. The disinfection work was thoroughly done, which made me feel incredibly at ease. The service was a definite highlight—the front desk staff were warm and professional, processing my check-in quickly. The concierge proactively helped with my luggage, and any requests were addressed very promptly, making me feel truly cared for. It's a beautiful, modern hotel that feels more like a cool apartment. The rooms are stylish and have a kitchenette, which is really handy. The best part is the amazing co-working space. It's perfect if you need to get some work done. There's also a great coffee shop and restaurant inside. The staff were very friendly and the whole place has a relaxed, stylish vibe. Highly recommend for a trip to Cambridge

The location is good, just less than 15mins drive to city centre. With nice restaurants and supermarket nearby and with quite place to live. It is a suitable place to live with whole family.
