Welcoming and helpful staff, room is a bit tiny, although enough for an overnight stay. Convenient location for bus rides, 20-30 min walk to city centre

It is a budget hotel, the location is great, 15 to 20 minutes from the city centre. Staff is very friendly, if you don’t mind no frills, then it’s a good place for a quick overnight stay.

Good value place close to railway station. Useful for those within budget. Short 15 min walk to city centre. Room en-suite with kettle and hair dryer.

The reception staff was exceptionally polite and friendly making for a very warm welcome.
The room left a lot to be desired in terms of decor, peeling wallpaper, chipped paint and a water damaged ceiling. Very poor mattresses on the twin beds and tiles on bathroom floor very broken
The worst thing no accessible plug sockets and the one beneath the desk is held together with sticky tape, surely a health & safety violation.
The room and bath room did seem clean though

We stayed one night at the weekend. Good location. Outside of centre. Waitrose 6 min away. For us, it was near our friend. We used park and ride to go to the centre.
Staff are friendly. We didn't get to ask for any service. The room was on the top floor. Luckily, the sun turned the other way, so it wasn't very hot. No air con. We knew that. Fan was enough in the night.
Car park is a great asset.
