The Hobson Cambridge by Adina

Overall, my stay was quite good. The Hobson Cambridge by Adina is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. The decor is stylish and unique, with an apartment-style design, and the rooms are quite spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. The view from the window is lovely, with an English collegiate vibe that is very pleasing to the eye. The front desk area is also beautifully decorated, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We requested a late checkout, and the hotel kindly extended it by an hour, which was a thoughtful touch. The only downside was that the air conditioning broke during our stay and wasn't cooling at all, making the room quite warm. It was only fixed just before we checked out on the second day. Despite this, I would still recommend The Hobson Cambridge by Adina.

The hotel is right by the road, very close to the city center. The staff were very friendly and they offer free luggage storage. The hotel's interior and facilities are quite new! And there's air conditioning! It was a king room, and there was also a sofa in the room. The room wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. There's a microwave, dishes, a mini-fridge, and a kettle, so you can make simple meals. The bathroom was clean. According to my request, the room was non-smoking and quiet, making for a fantastic stay! Thumbs up!!!

The room size is quite mini, and only heating is provided, which can be a bit stuffy for guests staying in August. When booking, you can choose whether to add breakfast, which is very friendly for guests staying multiple nights. The hotel's location is excellent; all colleges of Cambridge University are within walking distance, making it a top choice for non-business travelers.

No air conditioning, and we stayed during the summer, so it was really hot. There was a pedestal fan, but it was so noisy my child couldn't sleep with it on. Something to consider before booking! On the second morning, I found a spider 🕷️ in the bathtub, diligently spinning its web 😧
