One of the best onsen you will ever see in Vietnam... Check in to room with a private onsen, sauna those are the best.... Foods are mostly Japanese... Sushi, sashami, noodles, and its wonderful standard... Fresh and staffs were wonderful.... Helpful in every department... Public onsen is must try.. They have variety of onsen, sauna, bath, pot bath, rock bath etc.... Its very clean, hygiene, hills scenery all around.... Must try in Vietnam.. Fall and spring season is the best to visit here

The service is very good and the facilities are complete. You can stay here all day. It is recommended to use the Room Service for a la carte meals. It is very delicious. There are relatively few buffet choices.

Slightly expensive, the dinner buffet is not as good as expected. There are not many varieties. The breakfast in the room at this price is not buffet. The hot spring water in the room is not hot enough. The public bath closes early. There are usually very few people. It is very quiet at night. The service attitude is okay. There are no advantages or disadvantages.

Feel free to relax. However, the minus point is that when checking in, the receptionist did not announce the breakfast time. My husband and I arrived at 9:30 and the food was gone.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the managers and Team of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh for making our 30th wedding anniversary so incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, your warm welcome at the front desk, very nice room decorations and helpful staff made our occasion into an unforgettable experience. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality. Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh will forever hold a special place in our hearts and will be back.

The scene was so beautiful with mountain backdrops and peaceful design. There are many options for soaking with different temperatures & setting. The amenities were clean, well kept, and plentiful. The staff were polite & helpful. The lunch buffet offered many hot & cold options. We really enjoyed the Himalayan heat rock & the cold room. We were told it was not as busy compared to the weekends or Holidays, but it was hard to truly relax in the common area, especially the soaking area. It appeared that keeping quiet reminder was not re-enforced by the staff. There were so many guests who conversed so loudly. We had to request these guests several times to respect the keep quiet rule in the steam rooms. In addition, we found it quite regretful witnessing many guests spitting everywhere, not respecting the shared environment. We also saw several guests in inappropriate attire- a few men just wore their underwear instead of the required swim trunk/suit. We found the beautiful environment being tainted by people who disrespected common courtesy which was not re-enforced for the full experience. We will need to re-consider going back.

Breath taking place close to Ha Long and so 2,5hours from Hanoi. For me a „must have seen place“ in the capital region of vietnam. In the bed of a beautiful valley made and organized with so much of passion. Enjoy the japaneese traditional bath culture and beautiful rooms and parks around the same. The buffet is rich of variation and I can not understand other recessions I read here earlier. I am proud also to share some beautiful photos because what I saw here published earlier is not showing this beautiful place in the right light. 100% recommended! Dee

The best onsen and overall hotel experience I've had outside of Japan. The facility and amenities were superb. The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the room service options were as well. My only concern is that guests can be quite loud. This ended up not being a problem, as the nude/gender-specific areas were quiet and many people use the nude ones. Additionally, if you're able, please splurge on the private baths/onsen. These baths in the room were my favorite. So quiet and peaceful around the rooms. The design was wonderful. My favorite part of my trip to Vietnam, and I would make the trip back to this area for the onsen alone.

Staying at Yoko onsen was perfect. If staffs’ English skill improves, would be much better for foreigners to stay.

The concept is innovative, with big investment on infrastructure, architecture and concept. The staffs are polite during the stay, but it is not effective during pre arrival and check out stage. The buffet s average.

8.5 mil per night for 2 pers, our family have 2 children so we have to pay 1.7 mil for extra fee. Service: welcome fruit, mochi, breakfast, onsen bath (public + private), sauna. Villa is too small, only ~50m2 with 1 king size bed, table + sit chair, no tatami mat, small garden (30m2) with very basic landscape. It's more likely studio with garden than a real villa, that too expensive. Mineral water is salty, similar to sea water. For me I prefer sulfur mineral water. Interior is good design that similar to Japanese style. Landscape is good, detail but not only have small area, not have big scale. This resort is surrounded by mountain, don't have far view Public sauna area: included but not full sauna types.

The water is good, the mountains are good, the air is good, everything is good. The dinner buffet is also good enough for the price of 700,000 dong.
