The resort offered great soundproofing, and the staff provided excellent service. However, since it's a bit far from Nha Trang city center, we ended up using the pickup service frequently. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, we couldn't always make the times work. The breakfast was perfect for Korean tastes, and I also appreciated the well-maintained private beach. Our whole family made wonderful memories here.

This is our second visit this year. The sea is perfect, the villas are comfortable, and the food is excellent (we had breakfast and dinner). It's clean, quiet, and relaxing. The gym is also quite good.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I never imagined such beautiful beaches and ocean existed in Nha Trang. The service is superb, it's very clean, and the beach is magnificent. My only negatives are: the sun lounger area and swimming zone need to be expanded. It's really odd to allocate only 50 meters for sun loungers with a non-functional shower on such a huge beach. And, of course, without a sea view villa, the experience could be entirely different.

Amazing hotel!!! Cozy, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. If you have a choice, don't hesitate - book this one!!

The room was quite spacious, and my kids absolutely loved the private pool. The hotel's beach location is excellent, and we even got to watch the sunrise.

The room was spacious and having three bathrooms was great. For check-in and check-out, we were seated and everything was handled for us. All the staff were incredibly kind. The lawn, facilities, and pool were all regularly maintained. When we checked in, the air conditioning was already running thanks to a power key, so it was wonderfully cool as soon as we entered. The tuk-tuk arrived quickly when called, and overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. However, the food was a little disappointing, both room service and breakfast.

This is a wonderful beach hotel. The beach is superb, and the sea is crystal clear, though by evening there's a low tide and waves. Mornings before 10 AM are incredibly beautiful, but after that, it gets quite hot, so you'll need to seek shade. The beachfront pool is very warm, not refreshing at all – it felt like 32 degrees Celsius! 😃 We opted for breakfast and dinner, and there was always something to feed the kids. They offer European, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine. Everything was delicious; no one will go hungry. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive though, and by the seventh day, we were quite tired of them. The villas were clean, and the bed linen was pristine white. The kitchen in the villa only had a kettle, a tea station, and wine glasses. There was no dinner knife, no dish sponges, or kitchen towel. We ordered room service, and everything was delivered within 20-30 minutes. During the day, we took tuk-tuks to the beach, but in the mornings and evenings, we walked. It's about a 5-6 minute leisurely stroll to the beach from our two-bedroom garden-view villa. The private pool at the villa was fantastic and a lifesaver in the summer heat. The mango smoothies at the Cape Neo beach restaurant were delicious, as was the coconut water. Housekeeping came at various times, and since there were no 'do not disturb' signs, they once came during the kids' afternoon nap. You can exchange money at reception, which is very convenient. Overall, we had a positive experience at the hotel and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We recently stayed at this hotel. Having lived in Vietnam for over 10 years and visited numerous hotels during that time, we have a good basis for comparison. The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the villas are excellent, each with its own private pool. We especially loved the mango trees throughout the property – they create a truly tropical atmosphere. For first-time visitors to Vietnam, this would be a real exotic treat. However, there were some aspects that were disappointing. The pool near the beach is too small for the number of guests, and finding available sun loungers is difficult, both at the beach and by the pool. The food variety is good, but we wished the quality of some dishes was higher. What surprised us most was having to pay for ice. In all our years of traveling across Vietnam, this is the first time we've encountered a charge for ice, and the price seemed clearly excessive. Overall, the hotel is good, and the staff are polite and friendly, but we couldn't shake the feeling of a certain formality. Everything seemed to be in place, but we didn't feel that atmosphere that makes you want to return again. For a first introduction to Vietnam, the hotel is perfectly suitable, but personally, we'll choose a different place next time.

The hotel is really close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. The doorman who greeted us was very polite and the service was attentive. The surroundings are peaceful and the whole place looks very clean!
