Aquamarine Cam Ranh By Swandor – All Inclusive

This is an excellent all-inclusive hotel in Cam Ranh for families with children. The hotel is new, with a beautiful and modern interior. The grounds are compact but very well-maintained, and have everything you need: swimming pools, relaxation areas with hammocks under the palm trees, a children's playground, a kids' water park, and three slides for adults, bars, and a performance area where evening entertainment programs and buffets are held. Some facilities are still under construction, but this doesn't interfere with your stay. The food is excellent and diverse, with delicacies like oysters, frog legs, shrimp, and tuna sashimi. The head chef is Turkish, so there's also Turkish cuisine with shawarma, pide, and more. The beach offers beautiful mountain views.

Everything at the hotel is great, except for the food and the beach. The chefs are simply amazing, the food is delicious and varied. Issues with service: - The hotel is undergoing construction, so there's often jackhammer noise, many areas are closed, and construction materials and equipment are on the premises. Some pools are blocked off by construction screens. - Room cleaning is done late in the afternoon (even though the hotel wasn't very busy). They would come to clean our room after 5 PM, when everyone was already in the room. This was inconvenient. - The Russian-speaking lady at the reception would be better suited working in a government service center or similar organization, rather than with tourists. She is extremely unfriendly. - There are no full-sized toiletries in the bathroom, only terrible quality single-use tubes.

The hotel has an excellent beach and a good location. The hotel is new, recently renovated, but not quite finished… we didn't know this when we booked, but during our stay, a new building was under construction and the pools were being renovated – it was uncomfortable to relax with the continuous noise of drills. Renovations were also happening in the main building. One of the water slides wasn't working. When we asked a Russian staff member about it, we received a rude response: 'When do you expect us to finish the renovations?'… although a simple 'Sorry for the temporary inconvenience' would have sufficed. The hotel doesn't offer a free transfer service within Cam Ranh (unlike neighboring hotels). There were four of us in the room, but only two beds – the hotel only provides extra beds for a fee, so be mindful when booking. The food is delicious, a big thank you to the staff for that! Only local alcohol is served.

Great hotel for a family vacation. The grounds are compact, so everything is close by. The hotel is new, so everything is clean and fresh. There's some ongoing renovation work in a few spots, but it doesn't disturb the stay at all.

This is a good hotel, not far from Cam Ranh Airport. The rooms are spacious and nice, with sea views. The food is delicious and varied. They have a water park, billiards, table tennis, and mini-football. A few downsides: our windows faced the technical area, opposite the pool, so there was constant unloading and construction work from early morning, which made it hard to fully relax. There's ongoing renovation on the ground floor with jackhammers constantly running, which was also disruptive. The towel stations by the pool are inconveniently located; you have to walk all the way around the pool to get and return a towel when leaving the building. The shower area near the pool is also poorly placed (you really have to search for it). There's only one foot-rinsing station when leaving the beach, which causes a crowd. I couldn't find any restrooms on the property; everything is tied to the main building. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel.

This hotel is great for families with children. Without kids, it would be pretty boring. There's really nothing to do after 5 p.m. The food is excellent – fresh tuna, tons of shrimp, mussels. Some salmon sashimi would have been a nice touch, but it probably gets snapped up quickly and is more expensive to offer. A special shout-out to Chef Berber for the amazing food and his warm smile! The sea-view rooms offer stunning views. The only downside is the complete lack of nearby infrastructure; you have to go into Nha Trang for anything else.

My husband, our five-year-old son, and I celebrated my birthday at this hotel. We didn't mention it was a special occasion when booking, but the hotel still pleasantly surprised me with a birthday greeting. The service was discreet, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, just like in luxury Turkish hotels. The only alcohol served was local, but we were perfectly happy with the quality of the wine. The rooms are great – spacious, well-renovated, and with nice bedding. I highly recommend this hotel!
