Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa trea**ents included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

The room cleaning staff did a great job of keeping everything neat and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The pool and beach were outstanding. The children's swimming pool, in particular, was clean and safe, making it perfect for those traveling with kids. Enjoying a swim and strolling along the beach was a delightful way to relax. Furthermore, the resort staff were always friendly and accommodating, promptly attending to our requests. Their service truly added to the specialness of our vacation. I had such a fantastic experience that I would love to visit again. Thank you!

I didn’t buy the all-inclusive package because I felt it wasn’t cost-effective. The hotel has complete facilities and beautiful scenery. I believe it will be very suitable especially for family trips with children. Breakfast will be delivered to the room, rich and delicious. There is another reason why I don’t use the hotel’s all-inclusive package: there is a town about 2 kilometers west by taxi. If you understand English or can use translation software, you should find many surprises.

Despite so many positives; the beautiful villa, great kids' facilities and the great view, the place is massively let down by the restaurants. Not only was the service poor, the food was terrible. We ate at the restaurant 3 times, pizza was the only meal that was decent, all others were average to inedible. Our final night was ruined as we wasted 90 minutes waiting at the Tropicana restaurant for our food only to leave without eating our meals (first time I have ever done this) because all 3 dishes were terrible - rubbery squid that was hard to cut with a knife, beef fried rice that was 250k for a bowl of rice with two small bits of minced beef and the children's noodle soup which was hot water over instant noodles with a few bits of chicken, leaving a starchy mess. The server responded ”yes here is the beef” pointing at one of the two particles of minced beef he could find, and ”children don't like vegetables so we don't put them in the soup” a more disappointing response than the food. It was the only time I've left a restaurant. We had to go next door to the Raddison Blu Lobster in order to eat. The Movenpick is a beautiful hotel but be wary of the food and the stingy offering of water with additional bottles costing 60,000. Stock up on bottles of water and instant noodles, plan to eat at the excellent Raddison or as I heard from other guests- go to the airport for Burger King. A sad state of affairs for an international resort.

My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The environment is perfect, very pleasant, and super well maintained. The hotel facilities are very clean, all the staff are very friendly, saying “Good morning” when you meet them halfway or always ready to offer you the best service. The beach is small but super well looked after and very clean… there is no rubbish on the ground. Just shells! The hotel has two swimming pools with very beautiful views, two restaurants with very good food options!!! Wonderful breakfast with lots of bread and fruit options! Not to mention the kindness of the team to serve you a complimentary soft drink and fruit every day so you can enjoy the beach and pool but feel at home! The rooms are quite spacious, well maintained and extremely clean every day. The spa is incredible with many care options so you can relax and enjoy your vacation without leaving the hotel. Remember to ask the hotel about the best season to enjoy sea water, as it is very clean and light blue ❤️🥹

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!
