I was in a bind when family rescheduled to come into town last minute. I needed to find a hotel near my house that could accommodate my Uncle and Aunt in one room and a separate room for my Grandmother, that evening. I called Spring Hill Suites by Marriot in Prince Frederick and the lady I spoke with on the phone was absolutely incredible. She was able to find me two rooms, one king and one with double beds. She assured me if another king room became available she would reach out. I honestly was just happy that I found rooms for them and was so happy. She actually called me back that afternoon to let me know she was able to get me another king room. I asked her if I would be able to come in early and decorate the room for my Aunt’s birthday and grab keys for them, so they wouldn’t have to deal with the check in later. She didn’t hesitate and told me to come in around two and hopefully both rooms would be ready. Upon arrival I met with the same lady I had spoken with (I cannot remember her name, even though she told me and had a name tag on), however, she was speedy checking me in and also let me know she was able to get adjoining rooms and put goody bags in each room and a happy birthday note for my Aunt. I travel for work often and this was an above and beyond accommodation! This lady did everything she could to make everything perfect and that it was. The hotel was extremely clean and my family had a wonderful night stay. I will forever recommend this hotel! Service was amazing, rooms were spick and span, and the vibe was refreshing. Thanks again to your front desk lady that helped me last Saturday, she is simply amazing!

I came to this hotel for a family event this weekend . I would give them 10 stars if I could the front desk staff was very nice and informative also gave me a hand sanitizer.. The room was very clean .. Housekeeping staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!!!!

Everything was great but there snacks are very overpriced
