It looked so pretty as we arrived with pretty plants and beautiful scenery. We arrived at our 2 bed little house to be greeted by very strong tobacco smoke smell in the whole place. It had a dirty feel instantly because of this, but also because the walls were all badly marked and it needed complete redecoration. There was no dishwasher tablet not even 1, no washing up liquid and no dish cloth or tea towel. There are a lot of rules. We made our beds over the horrible mattress covers which looked grubby and were black. The whole place smelt horrible. We went to the pool which was lovely but freezing. We did not sleep as the pillows were like rocks. Would not recommend we are exhausted. Just passing through for 1 night.

The room is very clean, IRREPROCHABLE and omnipresent 👏. Very comfortable bedroom, and very welcome earrings to spend a night 🌃 very restful. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. HAUT and FORT must say that the household staff who works still in the shadow and without the household staff is the key directly under the screw. So, sincerely, all my congratulations 👏 for the household staff who do a remarkable work every day of the week and 99% of customers ignore the skills of household staff. Reading other reviews I was somewhat concerned. Yes the room was small but had all amenities you would expect fo a 4 star hotel. And enough space for all our clothes and suitcases. Pool environment was very nice and pool water at 30 degrees temperature for a relaxed swim after a day of sighseeing. Breakfast was fine for 15.90 euros. Personnel was kind and helpful. The location is good for visiting various sites around in Cote d Azur. Grasse though was not what we expected it to be. But there are other places worth visiting in less than an hour travelling time. Menton, Monaco, Nice, Villefranche sur mer, Mougins, Valbonne, Cannes....and more.

We booked the hotel, for a stay of 30+ hours before a flight, excellent location near the A8 freeway, small room [but with a huge and comfortable bed], free and abundant parking, 5-10 minutes away from bakeries and restaurants, very quiet, nice and super fast receptionist at check in.
