The hotel upgraded our room to one higher level. The room was quiet even facing a busy road. The staff is friendly and helpful. Choices of food for buffet breakfast. The price was good. To us, the only thing that needed improvement was the weak water of the shower, otherwise everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great for children, which was a big plus for our family. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We truly liked our experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Always enjoy staying at this location. So confidently close to the airport and the big crossiron mills mall. Tons of close amenities for kids as well. Always my go to when booking a hotel.

Great stay, had a pool but we didn't get a chance to use it Free shuttle service to and from the airport which was a lifesaver!

The beds we are very comfortable Breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful 

Easy to book and room was clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were approachable and friendly. Breakfast was okay.

The location worked for me because of the functions I was attending in the neighbourhood. It may not for others as there no restaurants or shopping close by. A typical airport hotel. Room was clean. Good basic amenities, fridge, microwave, iron & board, work desk, tv etc. I really liked the shower stall instead of the typical bath tub. The 24 coffee service in the lobby was a plus. There is also available snacks available for purchase. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax at after a tiring day. One of the elevators shudders as it reaches the 4th floor. The breakfast area was little crowded in the mornings with people waiting for things to be replenished. I skipped breakfast on both days I was there. A good stay overall.

great hotel, comfy bed, clean, great service. The only thing I missed was drinking out of glass or ceramic - they only had plastic lined paper cups for everything.

The overall stay is good.
