Was cheapest price, good to sleep over

We stayed 2 nights. family with 2 little kids. First night we stay in 2nd floor and it was noisy, feelings like we don’t have a door at all. In the morning time around 9 am housekeeping try to enter without knocking our door, after I opened our door and look at her she was like don’t worry you can stay longer.. What ? Really thank you. Btw be aware , Check out time is 11am in this hotel. Second day, actually we come back to Calgary late in the evening and book this hotel again because in weekend there were not much options with reasonable price. So we got better room in 5th floor but price was almost double as well. There was no noise out of our door even thought we stay close to the elevators. But front desk managers make some mistake and because of that I have been getting calls in the middle of the night 3 times. First a man from reception called me and ask my name, second time after 5 min he called and ask me what is the name of my family members, after 5 min he called again and asked me the same questions … I was so angry and he was telling sorry is not his mistake, we have another guest for this room … but luckily he don’t tell us to check out at night or change room. He was like is okay you can stay , really wow.. Btw someone came to our room in the middle of the night after and try to open our door …

Was absolutely filthy because the room with the steam bath I would suggest bringing your own cleaner and making sure to clean the tub in the bathroom very well The bed was very comfortable though and yet the people behind the desk were yet very rude and very ignorant they had no manners at all and were very short with everyone

The hotel was very clean and was in the perfect location being close to the Airport and my sister's house aswell. There was some confusion as to information told to me.over the phone. When I arrived there were some issues that needed to be worked out but in the end we checked in and settled right in comfortably. The pool and hot tub was a great bonus. The staff was respectful and kind. I would stay here again for sure.

Really good location near the airport, restaurant and superstore, spacious family suite is highly recommended for kids. Wendy's for breakfast:)

Near airport. We transit at calgary. Is good choice because room is good have microwave. But no toothbrush. Wifi is good too
