It was very dirty!! The carpet had brown spots/stains and the bathtub is majorly discoloured and chipped. We booked a for a family of 4 and got two full size towels. We had to go to the front desk and ask, after waiting they said they don’t have any to spare and gave us two extra hand towels. The AC is a portable ac that would stop on its own every 5-10 minutes, my dad took out the filter and it was so so dirty, he had to clean it for it to work. It was poorly attached to the window with grey duct tape. The power went out multiple times and you would have to call front desk to get it turned back on. Some of our friends didn’t have a phone in their room so they had to walk all the way to reception. If you don’t park right by the entrance there is alot of homeless people on the side and especially the back of the hotel, it felt unsafe to grab our stuff and walk out safely as we experienced people laying on the road, screaming frantically, and most likely for what we saw, ************ (We think cops should regularly be called to the hotel to shoo these people away from private property) There were several times where EMS had to come with ambulance with the lights on pulling up to the hotel. While walking in and out if the hotel we saw some homeless walking in and out, grabbing the complimentary water and cups. If you can spare a few more dollars to stay elsewhere, I would. Never will I stay here ever again. I felt bad for my family.
