"It was awesome. The food here was THE BEST and tasty, I enjoyed every moment of this holiday. The place was awesome. Near the beach, no complaints. The atmosphere was awesome. I loved the night shows, mostly Bruno mars and friends, their singing was the best. I didn't like one thing about the night program. Kids. I think night shows should be I don't know 7+, because they were screaming and it kind of ruined it. The rooms were cleaned, I was very happy with it. I think yall should add some things for women on the toilets. Pads...and things like that. Otherwise 11/10"

"There are great points of this hotel, staff are fantastic, cleaners are amazing, location is beautiful and views are amazing. There is a small shopping centre across the road, along with small amusement facilities for kids. Shows in evening for kids are great and interactive. Food is average, not enough selection for kids at buffet and lunch time snacks are repetitive of burgers and hot dogs. We did not stay premium and I would say we didn’t miss much. My one major issue is the kids pool, it was far too deep with just a portion of it set to kids. All daytime activities are driven towards adults, and children’s pool is used for this which isn’t great considering there is such a small part of pool which is somewhat shallow. Not good enough for children who are not Olympic swimmers. The indoor area which has pool table/vending machines is not air conditioned which made it impossible to sit in. There are no snacks available unless you go across to the shops. All in all, we made the most of our stay as a family of an 8,5 and 4 year old, but would not return as in my opinion this is 3 star resort being sold as a 4 star."

"For a 3 star hotel, you get extremely good food, the staff are helpful, entertainment team are superb. There was never a long wait to get drinks, mixed well with skill and friendly staff. Rooms were as expected, clean tidy and aircon worked well. Enough room at the pool for all whom wanted beds etc. No issues to report at all"

"Fantastic hotel .. food was lovely . Fantastic variety.. the snack bar is brilliant serving bacon. Sausages after breakfast … great selection for lunch after lunch in snack bar you have variety of hotdogs.. bugers .. and pizza is one of nicest I’ve ever tasted .. fresh fruit and biscuits and cakes .. coffee and juice all day .. dinner was amazing the selection is unbelievable.. now enough about food I could go on and on the food was fantastic.. great location close to beech .. the staff are just lovely and so friendly .. room is good size very clean room changed every day .. plus there’s laundry service in hotel was was a plus .. will definitely visit again thanks from Liz in Donegal fantastic holiday"

"Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. The staff were very professional and friendly. (10) Overall, very good."

"Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is over and above and a great selection of food for all meals. If it's too busy for you around the pool, there's a lovely sandy beach just 10 minutes walk along a footpath. Can't fault the holiday, nice experience."
