Excellent service, has a lot of amenities and the staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Maheswar for accommodating our requests at the breakfast table.

A perfect place to spend quality time with family for a while week. There were activities for kids on each day of the week. Pool was clean with good activities. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful in getting all the things we needed. They made extra efforts to cater to our food requirements for our kid. Rooms were neat and clean, had all the amenities. Cons : Actually None !!

Hotel was ok but no character or personal service. It was a room and nothing more. The reception manager didn’t care about our views or how they could improve things (on the day of our arrival, no interest in our wellbeing or thoughts). Paid more for a balcony which overlooked a roof. Not worth it. No outdoor space which was pleasant to sit in. No bar with any atmosphere or pleasant to sit in. Breakfast was hectic and usually had to queue. The hotel was used to shower and sleep and nothing more. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff are courteous. Taxi is available right outside the hotel and also good restaurants around. It’s not beach front. But it’s good if you want a comfortable stay.

Amazing Stay at Hyatt Centric Goa. Nice big room and they had a extra foldable bed for our small kiddo. Pool was nice. Location and safety standards were perfect to explore North Goa.

Service too slow. Location in Candolim calangute road (opposite side of beach).
